Nathan 13-14 Months

13 Months:

Nathan you are just the sweetest most loving baby. Your nursing journey ended two weeks after your birthday. I nursed you for 378 days. I nursed you day and night, when you were sad and happy. I had such an incredible nursing experience with you. I am proud of myself for nursing you as long as I did. I thought ending that chapter with you would end our very special bond and that gave me a lot of anxiety and sadness. I was ready to be done with that chapter though and am so happy I only nursed you as long as I did. You are such a special little person and we still have a very special bond even now that you are done nursing. I don't think that bond will ever leave.

Shortly after your birthday is when you started really babbling. Your first real sounds and I guess word I think was hi. It is adorable how you say it. I think you are close to saying dad too.

You love giving hugs to mom, dad, your toys, and books.

Any time you find a book you bring it right over and sit on my lap to read it. Your love for books is my favorite.

You have such a caring personality and are such a sweetheart. Your love is unconditional. You love your momma and your daddy and have a very special love for Everett. You always want to be playing with him and follow him around.

You are such a daddy's boy.

You have the most adorable dimples in the world. They are up high on your cheeks almost close to your eye. 

14 Months:

Any chance you get you are crawling up the stairs to play in the toy room.

You've started giving high fives.

Started waving by sticking your arm straight out and grinning. It is the cutest.

You are almost walking.

You must be having a growth spurt because you are always eating. You've been eating more food than Everett and always seem to be hungry.
You love cuddling with your teddy and momma at the same time. You are fast too. You love ripping my glasses off when we cuddle so you can rub your face into mine.

Nathan you light up the world with your sweet beautiful spirit. Out of nowhere you aren't a baby anymore. You are starting to look so grown up. You make my heart so full. You have the funniest little cooing laugh that you usually do in your highchair while you eat. It is the absolute sweetest when you grin and kind of shake your head while doing it. When you are upset you fall to the floor face down. It is so dramatic and funny. You had the funnest little dance party with papa when he was here. You love when music playing and get excited when I tell Alexa to turn on the Disney music station. You hold onto your blanket all night long when you sleep. You are just so beautiful and perfect for our family.
