Mangos

I feel like I need to catch up on this semester. It is flying right on by. It is hard to believe that we are almost in the 3rd week of June! Stephen has his second test this morning and I am so excited that we get the whole weekend together! Since being back on the island I have been keeping myself busy hanging out with all the awesome branch spouses. We've been having fun doing game days, bachelorette party nights, caramel and jam making mornings, whole wheat bread making, and pool days.
One of my favorite things lately have been all the mangos. I have been looking forward to mango season since we moved to Dominica. Unfortunately we had just missed it when we moved here. I love love love mangos. The best part is that there are tons of mango trees so I can get as many as I want for free. One of the spouses and I made mango freezer jam a few days ago and it is delish. I may just need to start making more whole wheat bread. She also gave me a bag full of mangos she had just picked to take home. So I spent the morning making an entire pitcher of mango juice, then made a mango smoothie for lunch. It is going to be a little mango crazy at our house for a while.

 Third semester Beach Bash!

Coconut cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
One of my favorite new treats!

Two of my favorite girls helping me get some mangos.

My favorite man ever!
