Everett: Winter

January
I loved finding you laying down with Emily under her play mat just talking to her.
You made up a new game called dinosaur play. The dinosaurs have to put away all of the toys before the mother comes out.
With donut powder all over your shirt, "I must be the king of the dirties."
You've been begging to be left alone when I go do grocery pick up. The first time I left you I came home to you dancing in the front room to ninja music.
One day in the car you asked me about the lyrics we were listening to. Sometimes I forget that you are always listening to what is being said around you.
You come running downstairs, "Momma, today I'm doing my dream before bedtime. I am super Everett. In my dreams the dinosaurs call me super Everett."

February
You got three awards at school. I am so proud of all your hard work this year.
Yay for getting your first lose tooth. You were so excited to pull it out. You wanted the tooth fairy to bring you $50.
So adorable at your 100th day of school. You got to dress up as an old man.

March
You lost your second tooth.
"I had the best day at school today. We had PE, recess, and played the rhyming game."
I love it when you say something with a southern accent.
Your two new teeth are starting to come in and you look so cute.
Dad made a bunk bed for you and Nathan. You love it so much. I love seeing the joy it brings you. You kept saying "This is the best day!"
Dad has started reading chapter books to you at night before bed. The first one was treasure island. You are loving reading them on your top bunk.
