Northside hospital where Everett was born has a yearly birthday party the first Saturday of June. They rent out the whole zoo for two hours and let anyone who was born at Northside come for free with their family. It was so much fun bringing Everett. My favorite animals to see were the flamingos and the elephants, oh and I was so excited to get some free cotton candy. Stephen loved the rhinos. There was a two year old ape who was absolutely adorable and super hyper. It was a fun little family night.

Everett: 1 Month
It is hard to believe that Everett is already one month! He is such a blessing and we love him so very much.
He is a perfect little baby in every way.
One month check up: 22 inches (75th percentile), 9.5 pounds (40th percentile).
We can't get over how soft your little feet are and want to just eat them up all the time!
In your first month we have cut your fingernails about once a week. They grow so fast.
You smile more and more every day.
Your big bright eyes are getting more blue every day just like daddy's.
My favorite is when you lift your head to look at us.
Your poor little nose has been getting super stuffy.
You are now sleeping in your own room but still in your bassinet.
Outgrown newborn clothes.
Sometimes when you eat you act as if your starving to death and this will be your last meal.
Daddy is your favorite person to sleep on.
You have the most beautiful soft hair.
Daddy thinks its hilarious how gassy you are.
Overall you are such a content and happy baby. We love you so very much!

You smile all the time while falling asleep.
Had your first picnic and walk in the park.
First time going to church.
You don't like your pacifier.
